The Escobar Scam

The so called "Revolutionary" Escobar phones actually a SCAM!!!

The Escobar phones were actually successful on creating a hype in the market by addressing their phones as a revolutionary and game changing devices. The name Escobar itself which is kept after a deceased Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar was also one of the reason behind its hype in the market. Till now Escobar has announced 3 smartphones Escobar Fold, Escobar Fold to 2 and recently Escobar 11 pro but the problem is that these devices never got shipped to customers who payed for it.

The company even went as far as sending review units to the reviewers and this is where all of there scams were caught. Escobar actually bought some refurbished flagship smartphones from other providers and wrapped their golden stickers with their logo and displayed them on their websites with prices drastically lower than the original devices. They literally pasted a sticker on the Galaxy fold and Iphone 11 pro and claimed the devices as their own and moreover they made websites like ripapple.com and ripsamsung.com. Their scamming strategy is to put their logo with a golden sticker on any refurbished flagship phones then create a hype in the market with taglines that make people think the device as a game changer and give those devices very low price tags.

You might be thinking that it is a good deal to buy these flagship level smartphone in such a low price but you should be aware that all of the others who thought the same and paid the price tag for the devices never got their phones delivered and instead they got this book shown bellow.
